Born in Seoul, Korea, Ji Young Han is a photographer focused on capturing daily life in the United States and South Korea. After moving to America, she gained a different perspective on how cultural difference has affected people's daily lives and world view.

She now focuses her photography on capturing the experiences of Asian American adolescents, their identities and family relationships.

Through photography, Ji Young hopes to discover herself, and help others find the courage to face their own.
